Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You need to present the receipt or proof of purchase along with the item.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for buyers within the United States.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through the same payment method you used for your purchase.
You will receive the credit within a certain timeframe, depending on the policies of your credit card issuer or the payment method used.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Devoluciones
Tienes 30 días calendario para devolver un artículo a partir de la fecha en que lo recibiste.
Para ser elegible para una devolución, el artículo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en las que lo recibiste.
El artículo debe estar en su embalaje original.
Debes presentar el recibo o comprobante de compra junto con el artículo.
Reembolsos
Los reembolsos solo están disponibles para compradores dentro de Estados Unidos.
Una vez que recibamos tu artículo, lo inspeccionaremos y te notificaremos que hemos recibido el artículo devuelto. Te informaremos también sobre el estado del reembolso.
Si se aprueba tu devolución, iniciaremos un reembolso a través del mismo método de pago que utilizaste en tu compra.
Recibirás el crédito en un plazo determinado, dependiendo de las políticas del emisor de tu tarjeta de crédito o del método de pago utilizado.
Envío de Devolución
Tú serás responsable de pagar los costos de envío para devolver tu artículo. Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables.
Si recibes un reembolso, el costo del envío de devolución será deducido de tu reembolso.
